NEET UG B2021 answer key was released on 15 October 2021, by NTA (National Testing Agency). October 17 is the last date to raise objections and challenge the answer key.
NEET UG 2021 was conducted on 12 September 2021 and the preliminary answer key was released along with the OMR sheet on October 15. All the NEET UG candidates who appeared for the exam were allowed to raise objections and challenge the answer key. And the challenging process ends on 17 October 2021.
NTA stated that “The Candidates, who have objections to the Answer Key(s) and/or Recorded Responses, may challenge the same by following the procedures as attached. The payment of the processing fee may be made through, debit card/Credit Card/Net Banking/Paytmupto17 October 2021 (up to 10:00 P.M.).No challenge will be entertained without receipt of the processing fee online. The Challenges will not be accepted through any other mode (other than online).”
However, the challenge which was made by the candidates will be verified by the subject experts and based on the answer key finalized by the experts. The final answer keys will be declared along with the NEET UG 2021 results. Candidates will be able to check the NEET UG 2021 results from the official website https://neet.nta.nic.in/
“No individual candidate will be informed about the acceptance/non-acceptance of his/her challenge. No challenge will be entertained after 17 October 2021 (09:00 P.M.),” NTA mentioned.

NEET UG 2021 was conducted on September 12, 2021 (i.e., Sunday) by the NTA. It was conducted in 13 languages in offline mode (pen and paper mode) following all the Covid guidelines and protocols around 16.14 lakh candidates registered for NEET-UG 2021, and over 95% of the candidates who had registered appeared for the NEET UG exam, There were almost 3,800 centres in across India.
This NEET-UG 2021 is a uniform entrance examination for admission to MBBS, BDS, BAMS, BHMS, and many other medical UG courses in approved and recognised institutions.
New Delhi: NBE (National Board of Examination) has urged the Supreme Court that it has decided to postpone NEET SS-2021 exams to January 11 and 12 2022. The decision to make changes is students-friendly and would be helpful to fill the maximum number of seats available so that seats do not go unfilled/Vacant.
Considering the changes in the exam pattern will have a hugely adverse effect on the students, 41 qualified PG doctors approached Supreme Court. Even though the NEET SS 2021 exams were scheduled on November 13 &14, and were notified on July 23rd, the changes in the Question pattern were notified on Aug 31.
The NBE in its recent affidavit has tried defending the changes in the exam pattern and is even ready to postpone the exams to Jan 2022 to give the candidates Ample time to prepare in accordance with the modified scheme. It also mentioned that, in the earlier NEET SS pattern, 40% of questions were from 2 subjects opted for Super Specialisation and 60% of questions were from the General feeder courses which they studied during the normal courses.
NBE also stated that the changes of question pattern was not offensive or have no complaints from any of the 12000 doctors who have registered for NEET SS. the centre further mentioned that the pattern of the previous question was leading to vacancies in several precious super speciality seats. Thus the modified pattern would result in minimizing the possibility of vacancies.
The NBE submitted that NEET SS 2019, a total of 545 DM & MCh seats remained vacant and in 2020 the vacancy increased to 805 even after conducting all the rounds of Counselling. NBE in its affidavit stated ” The revised NEET SS seeks to assess the candidate’s competence in his/her broad speciality and not in a super speciality in which he/she is yet to get any training. More importantly, the revised scheme gives a candidate the full benefit of his/her competence in the concerned broad speciality as much as he/she is eligible for all super specialities to which the concerned broad speciality serves as feeder”(as per the report of TOI).

Visvesvaraya Technological University (VTU) was established in the year 1998. It is one of the largest and best technological Universities in Karnataka. From now, the admission for the B.Sc courses is based on the KCET 2021 ranks. VTU has requested KEA (Karnataka Examinations Authority) to initiate the admission based on the KCET ranks. The 1st priority will be given to students who appeared for KCET and then in case of any vacant seats Non-KCET students will be considered.
Visvesvaraya Technological University finalized and shortlisted the 66 colleges based on the infrastructure facilities and other things to offer the course. Physiotherapists are licensed and qualified professionals who are highly trained, knowledgeable, technical, and skilled people who provide Physiotherapy. They examine, assess, interpret, plan, diagnose and implement rehabilitative programs that develop, improve, maintain and restore movement ability, manage acute and chronic conditions, relieve pain, and treat physical challenges associated with injuries or other impairments using ultrasound, laser, physical activities, heating, mobilization, and other techniques. Also, educate the patients to prevent re-occurrence of an injury.
BPT - Bachelor of Physiotherapy
BPT is an Undergraduate program where students are awarded a bachelor’s degree certificate in Physiotherapy from a recognized college affiliated to the University conducting a full-time course of 4 years and an internship of 6 months. After graduating with Bachelor’s degree, they can also do post-graduation programs i.e., Master of Physiotherapy (MPT).
BPT- Year I
Students deal with the basic human biosciences and the foundation of the human system and function. They learn to apply the knowledge of physics to the human body to understand the movements and modalities of the respective subjects.
BPT- Year II
Deals with developing Physiotherapy skills and exploring further subjects like Pathology, Pharmacology, and microbiology. They will study about normal and abnormal human minds and behavior. Students acquire the skills required for effective communication and practice with the patients and caretakers. They even acquire knowledge in the subject of Kinesiotherapy and Electrotherapeutics.
BPT- Year III
The students deal with the learning of all the clinical subjects and apply their knowledge in to practice. They will learn and practice skills like Electrodiagnosis on patients and various specialised manual techniques and therapy on the models.
BPT- Year IV
Students will recall all the knowledge and skills of the previous years and evaluate, plan and execute the various subject’s techniques in Community and Hospital Physiotherapy. They deal with the aids and appliances used for the treatment.
Students learn professional ethics and code of conduct as well as legal aspects and moral values. They acquire research methodology and apply in their project work.
Internship
This is 6 months of continuous clinical practice to enhance and upgrade the skills of the students acquired throughout the academic years. The student should have passed the final year exam in all subjects to be eligible for Internship. Internships should be done in the recognized universities teaching hospitals.
Eligibility of BPT
Higher Secondary (10+2) or equivalent qualification from a recognized university. The candidate should have pursued science stream with Physics, Chemistry and Biology as main subjects.
A minimum aggregate score of 50% or equivalent CGPA at the 10+2 level (45% for SC/ST/OBC candidates).

MPT – Master of Physiotherapy
MPT is a postgraduate program, it is a high-level program training given to the students who completed and passed all the subjects in BPT from a recognized institute affiliated with the university. The duration of the course is 2 years. MPT course provides professional and specialized perception into both the clinical practice and the case studies in the field of physiotherapy.
