Registrations open for June 2021 – FMGE Exam by NBE

The last date to submit online application form for Foreign Medical Graduate Exam is May 6, 2021

The Foreign Medical Graduate Examination (FMGE) 2021 June session exam will be held on June 18, the National Board of Examinations (NBE) has said. The exam will be held as a Computer Based Test (CBT).

Online registration is open since April 16, on the official website,nbe.edu.in Candidates who wish to appear for the Foreign Medical Graduate Examinations can visit the official website at nbe.edu.in The information bulletin, containing details on eligibility criteria, fee structure, course curriculum, scheme of examination has been released along with exam forms.

The entrance examination is going to be held on June 18 2021, and the results will be declared by June 30.

How To Apply

Step 1: Visit the official site of NBE at nbe.edu.in

Step 2: Click  on the link on the homepage that says: ‘FMGE 2020 Application form’

Step 3: Fill in details and pay the application fee

Step 4: Click on the ‘submit’ button to complete registration

Scheme of FMG Examination
  • The examination consists of one paper, comprising 300 multiple choices, single correct response questions in English language only, delivered in two parts to be taken in a single day.
  • The examination shall be a multiple-choice questions (MCQs) test delivered using a computer network as per the prescribed scheme.
  • Negative Marking: There shall be no negative marking
  • Allocation of time for the FMGE shall be as follows:

FMGE is divided into two parts of 150 questions each with time allocation of 150 minutes for each part. There is a scheduled break between the two parts.
           Qualifying marks for FMGE 2020 Exam 

A candidate shall be declared as having passed only if he/she obtains a minimum of 150 marks out of 300 in the examination. Results (Pass/Fail) for eligible candidates will be displayed on the NBE website. There is no provision for re-totaling/re-evaluation.

Telangana Medical NEET- UG Counselling process

Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS Warangal)  a State Government University located in Warangal, Telangana, India. It was established in the year 2014 named after its poet, and political activist of Telangana – Kaloji Narayana Rao.

Counselling for MBBS Students (NEET-UG) in Telangana will be conducted by Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS) Warangal. Under KNRUHS, Counselling procedure is divided into Convener quota-CQ (Govt.) and Management Quota(MQ1 & MQ2)Domicile(Local) students of Telangana Qualified in NEET-UG are eligible to participate in the counselling process, a separate notification will be published.

For Convener Quota in Telangana, KNRUHS conducts 3 or 4 rounds of counselling followed by Mop Up round & if required, Extended Mop Up Round Counselling.

Students from All India and Telangana are eligible to participate in the Management Quota seats for which a separate notification is published. For Management Quota, KNRUHS conducts two Rounds of Counselling followed by MOP UP Round & If required, Extended Mop Up Round Counselling is done.

AIIMS INI CET PG 2021 entrance exam postponed amid a surge in COVID-19 cases

Amid the worsening COVID-19 situation in the country, the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) has postponed the Institute of National Importance Combined Entrance Test (INI-CET) for admission to Post Graduate (PG) courses, July 2021 session till further notice.The exam was scheduled to be held on May 8

In view of the evolving situation related to the Covid-19 outbreak, the competent authority of AIIMS has decided to postpone the following entrance examination scheduled in May 2021: INI CET PG July [MD/MS/DM (6 yrs)/M.Ch (6 yrs)/MDS)] for July 2021 session, scheduled date – May 8, 2021,” said AIIMS in an official notice.

The revised new dates for conducting the said AIIMS Examination will be notified in due course of time through the website and notifications. Candidates are advised to visit the website — www.aiimsexams.ac.in — as all Important Notices/Corrigendum/ Addendum /Updates, etc. will only be uploaded on the website.
