DMER ஹரியானா கவுன் சிலிங் மூன்று சுற்றுகளாக (சுற்று 1 (ஆன்லைன்), சுற்று 2 (உடல்ஆலோசனை) மற்றும்மாப்-அப்சுற்று (உடல்ஆலோசனை) நடத்தப்படுகிறது. காலியாக உள்ள இடங்களின் எண்ணிக்கை x ஆகஇருந்தால், நான்காவது சுற்று கல்லூரி சுற்று.பதிவு செய்யப்பட்ட விண்ணப்பதாரர்களின் 10x பட்டியல் கல்லூரிக்கு அனுப்பப்படும், மேலும் தகுதியின் அடிப்படையில் கண்டிப்பாக தீர்ந்து விட வேண்டும்.
