Bhaskara Medical College(BMC), Counselling for MBBS (NEET-UG) and Postgraduate Courses (NEET-PG) in Telangana will be conducted by Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS), Warangal. Under KNRUHS, the Counselling procedure is divided into Convener quota-CQ (Govt.) and Management Quota(MQ1 & MQ2). Domicile(Local) students of Telangana Qualified in NEET-UG and NEET-PG are eligible to participate in the counselling process for which a separate notification is published. For Admission in MBBS, Post Graduation Courses Counseling Is Conducted By Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA)kea.kar.nic.in. KEA Counseling in Karnataka takes place in three rounds Round 1, Round2, Mop-up round for remaining vacant seats.

ADMISSION PROCEDURE
Prathima Institute of Medical Sciences, Counselling for MBBS (NEET-UG) and Post graduate Courses (NEET-PG) in Telangana will be conducted by Kaloji Narayana Rao University of Health Sciences (KNRUHS) Warangal. Under KNRUHS, Counselling procedure is divided into Convener quota-CQ (Govt.) and Management Quota(MQ1 & MQ2). Domicile(Local) students of Telangana Qualified in NEET-UG and NEET-PG are eligible to participate in the counselling process for which a separate notification is published. For Convener Quota in Telangana, KNRUHS conducts 3 or 4 rounds of counselling followed by Mop Up round. If required, Extended Mop-Up Round Counselling will be done.
Students from all India and Telangana are eligible to participate in the Management Quota Seats for which a separate notification is published. For Management Quota KNRUHS conducts Two Rounds of Counselling followed by Mop Up Round. If required, an Extended Mop Up Round Counselling follows.

Advisory by NMC regarding Final Year Postgraduate [Diploma/ MD/MS] students in view of the extraordinary situation due to a surge of COVID -19 cases. NMC decision has been taken to ensure that there would not be any shortage of residents to deal with the situation in Medical colleges.
All PG medical students will continue their services as resident doctors as per the recent advisory of the National Medical Commission (NMC). Final year examination of postgraduate courses [Diploma/MD/MS] has been delayed in many Colleges/ institutions. The decision was made to ensure that there is no shortage of residents to deal with the COVID-19 epidemic.
NEET-PG examination for admission to postgraduate courses has been delayed. Consequently, the commencement of academic session 2021-22 will be delayed and a new batch of PG students would be available to join their respective colleges after counselling which will be held after NEET-PG Entrance.
All Medical Institutions, including Central/State/UT government or Private , are advised to continue with availability of accommodation and Payment of Stipend; to all such Final Year postgraduate students during this extended period.
