PGIMER Nursing Admission 2026: Courses Available

PGIMER/NINE Chandigarh में session 2026 के लिए दो nursing courses में admission होगा:

B.Sc Nursing (4 Years)
यह course केवल female candidates के लिए है। यह undergraduate nursing programme है, जिसमें students को professional nursing education, clinical exposure और healthcare training दी जाती है।

B.Sc Nursing Post Basic
यह 2 years programme है और co-ed course है। यह उन candidates के लिए है जिन्होंने General Nursing and Midwifery यानी GNM complete किया है और आगे B.Sc Nursing qualification लेना चाहते हैं।

Total Seats in PGIMER B.Sc Nursing 2026

PGIMER prospectus के अनुसार, B.Sc Nursing courses में कुल seats इस प्रकार हैं:

B.Sc Nursing 4 Years: 93 seats
B.Sc Nursing Post Basic: 62 seats

B.Sc Nursing 4 Years में General, SC, ST, OBC और PwBD categories के लिए seats उपलब्ध हैं। B.Sc Nursing Post Basic में General, SC, ST, OBC, PGI staff और PwBD candidates के लिए seats दी गई हैं।

Application Fee

PGIMER B.Sc Nursing Admission 2026 के लिए application fee category-wise अलग-अलग है।

SC/ST category candidates के लिए application fee ₹1200 plus applicable transaction charges है। अन्य सभी categories के candidates के लिए application fee ₹1500 plus applicable transaction charges है। Persons with Benchmark Disabilities यानी PwBD candidates को application fee payment से छूट दी गई है।

Payment online gateway के माध्यम से Debit Card, Credit Card या Net Banking से किया जाएगा। Prospectus में UPI payment avoid करने की सलाह दी गई है।

Eligibility for B.Sc Nursing 4 Years

B.Sc Nursing 4 Years course केवल female candidates के लिए है। General category candidates के लिए minimum educational requirement 10+2 examination में Physics, Chemistry, Biology में 45% marks और English individually pass होना आवश्यक है।

SC/ST/OBC category candidates के लिए Physics, Chemistry और Biology में 40% marks और English individually pass होना जरूरी है।

जो candidates 2026 में 10+2 examination में appearing हैं, वे भी apply कर सकते हैं, लेकिन उन्हें entrance examination से पहले required certificates/marksheet submit करनी होगी।

Age limit के अनुसार candidate की age 1 September 2026 को minimum 17 years और maximum 35 years होनी चाहिए।

Eligibility for B.Sc Nursing Post Basic

B.Sc Nursing Post Basic course co-ed है। इसके लिए candidate ने 10+2 या equivalent examination pass किया होना चाहिए। Candidate ने General Nursing and Midwifery यानी GNM minimum 50% aggregate marks के साथ pass किया होना चाहिए।

Candidate Registered Nurse और Registered Midwife होना चाहिए और State Nursing Council से registered होना जरूरी है। Male candidates के लिए INC norms के अनुसार substitute registration applicable हो सकता है।

Age limit के अनुसार candidate की age 1 September 2026 को maximum 45 years से अधिक नहीं होनी चाहिए। Reserved category candidates को rules के अनुसार age relaxation मिल सकता है।

Entrance Exam Pattern

PGIMER B.Sc Nursing Entrance Test Computer Based Test mode में होगा। Exam 24 July 2026 को एक shift में आयोजित किया जाएगा। परीक्षा का समय सुबह 9:00 AM से 10:30 AM तक रहेगा। Exam duration 90 minutes होगी।

Question paper में 100 Multiple Choice Questions होंगे। हर question objective type होगा और paper English language में होगा। गलत answer पर 0.25 marks की negative marking होगी।

B.Sc Nursing 4 Years Exam Subjects

B.Sc Nursing 4 Years entrance exam में questions 10+1 और 10+2 standard पर आधारित होंगे। Subject-wise questions इस प्रकार होंगे:

Aptitude for Nursing – 20 questions
Chemistry – 20 questions
Physics – 20 questions
Biology – 20 questions
English – 20 questions

Total 100 questions होंगे और exam 100 marks का होगा।

B.Sc Nursing Post Basic Exam Subjects

B.Sc Nursing Post Basic entrance exam GNM standard पर आधारित होगा। इसमें nursing subjects और general knowledge से questions पूछे जाएंगे।

Scientific Principles Applied in Nursing Practice & Trends in Nursing, Medical Surgical Nursing, Child Health Nursing, Community Health Nursing including Nutrition, Obstetric Nursing and Midwifery, Mental Health Nursing और General Knowledge से कुल 100 questions पूछे जाएंगे।

Exam Centres

PGIMER entrance test tentatively 18 cities में आयोजित किया जाएगा। इनमें Ambala, Amritsar, Bathinda, Bilaspur, Bhopal, Chandigarh Tricity, Dehradun, Delhi NCR, Hamirpur, Jalandhar, Jaipur, Kangra, Lucknow, Ludhiana, Patna, Patiala, Shimla और Solan शामिल हैं।

Candidates को exam city भरते समय सावधानी रखनी चाहिए क्योंकि once allotted, exam city change नहीं की जाएगी।

Selection Process

PGIMER B.Sc Nursing Admission 2026 में selection entrance test की merit के आधार पर किया जाएगा। Merit list candidates द्वारा online entrance examination में प्राप्त marks/percentile के आधार पर तैयार की जाएगी।

B.Sc Nursing 4 Years के लिए minimum qualifying percentile General category के लिए 50th percentile, SC/ST/OBC के लिए 40th percentile, General PwBD के लिए 45th percentile और SC/ST/OBC PwBD candidates के लिए 40th percentile है।

B.Sc Nursing Post Basic के लिए General category candidates को 50th percentile और SC/ST/OBC/PwBD candidates को 45th percentile qualify करना होगा।

Document Verification and Counselling

Entrance exam result के बाद candidates को merit order के आधार पर physical document verification और counselling के लिए PGIMER Chandigarh बुलाया जाएगा। Original documents verification compulsory होगा। Prospectus के अनुसार DigiLocker documents accept नहीं किए जाएंगे और केवल original documents ही document verification के समय consider किए जाएंगे।

Candidates को counselling के समय personally present होना होगा। Selected candidates को counselling के दौरान fee payment करना होगा, नहीं तो seat next eligible candidate को offer कर दी जाएगी।

Admission Closing Date

PGIMER prospectus के अनुसार B.Sc Nursing courses में admission 30 September 2026 को close हो जाएगा। इसलिए selected candidates को joining और fee payment से संबंधित instructions समय पर follow करनी होंगी।

PGIMER B.Sc Nursing courses की annual fee बहुत affordable है। Prospectus के अनुसार B.Sc Nursing Post Basic की annual course fee ₹850 और B.Sc Nursing 4 Years की annual course fee ₹835 है। इसके अलावा ₹5000 refundable security/caution money payable on admission है।
