The National Testing Agency (NTA) is gearing up to unveil the results of the JEE Main 2024 Paper 2A (B.Arch.) and 2B (B.Planning) exams shortly, with the announcement expected to be made on the official website jeemain.nta.ac.in. The NTA JEE Main 2024 paper 2 exam took place on January 24, 2024, in a single shift from 3 pm to 6 pm. According to official figures released by the NTA, a total of 74,002 candidates registered for the JEE Main 2024 paper 2 exams for session 1, out of which 55,493 candidates appeared. The overall attendance rate stood at 75 percent.

Eligibility Criteria:
Candidates must meet the following eligibility criteria to apply for WBJEE JELET 2024:
Minimum Three years / Two years (Lateral Entry) Diploma examination with at least 45% marks (40% marks for reserved category candidates) in any branch of Engineering and Technology.
B.Sc. Degree from a recognized University with at least 45% marks (40% marks for reserved category candidates) and passed 10+2 examination with Mathematics as a subject.
B.Voc/3-year D.Voc. Stream in the same or allied sector.
Examination Details:
WBJEEB will conduct the Joint Entrance Examination for Lateral Entry (JELET-2024) to facilitate admission into the 2nd year (3rd semester) of 4-year Undergraduate Courses in Engineering/Technology and Pharmacy. This examination will serve as the basis for admission in the academic session 2024-25 into various Universities, Government Colleges, and Self-Financing Engineering & Technological Institutes in the State of West Bengal.
Admission to UG Engineering Programmes offered at Vellore, Chennai, Amaravati, and Bhopal. The Candidates who are interested and satisfy the eligibility criteria can register for the exam through its Official Website viteee.vit.ac.in. The application fee is ₹1350/- for all Applicants.
Admission to the courses will be based on the Rank Secured in VITEEE 2024. The candidates who are selected will have the opportunity to participate in online counseling based on their ranking in the VITEEE 2024 examination. During the counseling process, candidates will have the chance to provide their preferences for specific campus locations, academic programs, and categories of fees.
VIT will verify the eligibility of candidates after they complete the tuition fee payment within the stipulated deadline. Nationality
The applicant should be a Resident / NRI National / PIO / OCI. NRI applicants can directly apply under ‘NRI Category’ through NRI application form. Foreign applicants who studied/studying abroad can apply directly through the International application form.
Age Limit

VITEEE 2024 – Exam Pattern
Exam Duration: The VITEEE 2024 will have a total duration of two hours and thirty minutes.
Question Type: The exam will consist of multiple-choice questions (MCQs), where you need to choose the correct answer from the given options.
Marking Scheme: For each correct response, you will receive one mark. There is no mention of negative marking, so it’s important to answer all questions, as there may be no penalty for incorrect answers.
Total Number of Questions: The question paper will contain a total of 125 questions.
