KCET Result 2026 Declared: Karnataka UGCET Scorecard Link Active

The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) officially declared the KCET Result 2026 today, June 6, during a midday press conference led by State Higher Education Minister Dr. M.C. Sudhakar and Medical Education Minister Dr. Sharan Prakash Patil. Candidates who appeared for the Karnataka Common Entrance Test can now access and download their scorecards. The official result links went live at 2:00 PM on the authorized portals: cetonline.karnataka.gov.in and karresults.nic.in.

This year witnessed a historic turnout for the state-level entrance test. Out of 330,479 registered candidates, a staggering 309,014 students actually appeared for the examination across 745 intensive testing centers in Karnataka.

Key Highlights and Stream-Wise Performance

The evaluation pool yielded high qualification numbers across the state, with 292,782 candidates achieving eligibility across various professional streams:

  • Engineering Stream: 282,603 candidates qualified for admission.
  • Pharmacy Streams: B.Pharm recorded 286,609 eligible candidates, while Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharma-D) saw 286,965 students cross the qualification threshold.
  • Other Professional Programs: The eligibility pool included 218,785 students for B.Sc. Nursing, 212,909 for Veterinary Science (BVSc), and 209,220 for agriculture-allied programs.

Core subject attendance remained consistently high throughout the testing window held between April 22 and April 24. Physics drew the maximum turnout with 309,014 students, closely tracked by Chemistry at 308,946, Mathematics at 302,384, and Biology at 231,023.

The biggest individual spotlight of the year belongs to Navana Gopi, who made history by securing the absolute Rank 1 across four distinct professional streams: Veterinary Sciences, B.Pharm/Pharma-D, B.Sc. Nursing, and Yoga & Naturopathy.
