I be and hereby state and declare that all the information provided in the application above are true to the best of my knowledge and belief. In addition to it, we be and hereby state and declare that:
1. I have enquired about all the registrations, certifications & credentials that are required for the purpose of the course that I am opting for and have found them in place to my absolute satisfaction.
2. In compliance to the norms of the. University, at the time of my admission to the above course, lam submitting my academic documents, in ORIGINAL The College shall be liable to return all such academic documents of mine, only after my successful completion of the course and payment of the entire course fees.
3. In case i discontinue the course in which I have admitted myself, the college shall be liable to return all my original academic documents only after receiving the entire course fee (in full) from my end.
4. In case lopt out from the course in which i sought admission for, the college shall not be liable to refund such fee.
5. In case, after seeking admission in a particular course, lopt out from it and decide to join any other course from the same college, the college shall neither be liable to adjust such fee for the previous course with the subsequent course, nor shall it be liable to transfer the same in any case.
6. I shall be liable to pay off/clear the annual fees of the course, in full, before two months of the annual examination for that year. I shall be not be entitled to appear for the examination on any year, in case my annual fee or any part of it for that year remains outstanding.
7. In order to be eligible to appear for the examinations for any year during the tenure of the course, I shall comply with a minimum attendance requirement of 75% in class throughout that academic year.
8. In case I am found guilty of any wrongful, unlawful acts or mis-deeds within the college campus and/or hostel, during the entire period of my course, the college reserves the absolute right to cancel and/or terminate my registration from the course with immediate effect.
